From the Coach – Head Coach James Whitford
"I thought we battled. I thought we played hard. Tyler was a warrior. I thought he was all over the place. We asked him to play the four most of the game and he did it. He defended Skogman who was eight inches taller than him. He did a great job. We're making progress. We're the tenth-youngest team in college basketball. I thought we figured it out and made some adjustments on defense. I thought we defended well. Ronaldo Segu and Jeenathan Williams are really good players, and they took control down the stretch."
